Communication
Everyone is probably familiar with the child's game known as "Playing Telephone." One person whispers a short phrase or statement to another and then that person whispers to someone else and so on. Finally, the person at the end of the line says aloud what they were told. Everyone laughs as they hear how the original statement has been miscontrued from person to person.

Ineffective communication in the real world is no laughing matter. In your personal life, business, community, and even in social settings, the inability to communicate effectively can ruin relationships and can result in organizations losing constituents or customers, business partners, and revenue.
