Do you need a Coach?
Naturally, most people hear the word "coach" and immediately think about a football team or those with the whistles around their neck from gym class. These are coaches, but so are those of you who have to help others in life and in business.
Coaches take many forms and are found in just about every environment. Many people are already coaches, even though they may not realize they are occupying such a role. Others, need to be coached, but may feel they can go at it alone for the time being.
LCS helps you learn how to understand your role as a coach. You will be able to see the difference between being a manager and being a coach and when it is time to seek coaching for yourself.
